This pendant was obviously hand-crafted or tentacle-crafted by some odd creature. From top to bottom, it is embedded with two shards of Kunzite, one raw Aqua Marine,  a teal colored Agate, and possibly tipped with a shard of the Dark Crystal--but in any case Amethyst.
It is of platinum color (permanent acrylic paint) and some areas that are carved glisten with sparkles of pyrite (acrylic paint). 
The back side shows the true color of the epoxy clay it was sculpted from, and also contains a shard of Sodalite near the top.  
AGATE is said to be centering and stabilizing; Balances Yin and Yang energies.
AMETHYST is said to assist with one with making intelligent decisions whether they are made rationally, emotionally, or intuitively.
AQUA MARINE is said to be clarifying, reducing stress and calming the mind.
KUNZITE is said to raise vibrations of the heart chakra and dispel negativity; Can help one recover from emotional stress and depression.
SODALITE is said to open the third eye chakra and is a stone of Wisdom.
